Hit my first GW… 165! :D I haven’t weighed myself at all this week (until tonight) because I’ve had the flu and haven’t necessarily eaten healthy. By no means have I just given up on my diet. I still ran three times this week—which was hell—and tried to eat healthy for one meal of the day. I was also diagnosed with exercise induced asthma and prescribed an inhaler to take 15 minutes before cardio. And I thought I was just realllllllly out of shape. Time to get back at it! Spring break from college this week and I have nowhere to go. Let’s just hope the weather continues to not suck in northern Ohio!

Breakfast of champions! A new favorite for breakfast:
Sliced bananas and a whole wheat waffle with 1/4 packet of splenda and an equal amount of cinnamon. And only 90 calories!
2 Slices of 35 Calorie bread, 2 eggs whites (yolk removed), with 3 tablespoons of medium salsa, and 1/2 a teaspoon of hot sauce. (120 calories)
210 calories in all. &packed with protein :)

Back in Ohio!
Had a wonderful mini vacation/visit with my sweet Daddy in KY. I was REALLY dreading getting on the scale after two days of eating out. Saturday night, we went out to a bar and danced allll night. Apparently, I burned off plenty of calories. I am another pound lighter! ..and that’s weighing myself tonight, after having taco bell! I’ve had salads every day for the past 2 weeks and I only had a small portion, which is a big deal for me. Taco Bell was always my weakness. Anyways, go meee!!! :D

Yes. I live in Northern Ohio, it’s 30 degrees out and im wearing capri jeggings. Why? Because they fit again! :D

Day 10.
Working out 2 - 3 hours a day is realllllly starting to getting to me. Every muscle in my body hurts! After 20 minutes of yoga, I think it’s time to replace a workout with some rest and relaxation for a day.
So, a few hours in the jacuzzi for some down time? I think so.

9 days of hard work, a strict diet and working out. 5 pounds does make a difference!! So VERY proud of myself :D
